OUR COMPANIES
The brand Wagawin was acquired by W² Group from Germany in 2023. In the course of this acquisition, Wagawin Asia, established in 2018 and based in Singapore, was also brought under the ownership of W² Group.
Since the end of 2023, the Group is also the majority shareholder of the newly established Wagawin Europe, based in Munich.
